驾驭课堂教学的根基来源于备课,备课是教学常规的首要环节,这个环节的成败决定着课堂教学质量的高低,也决定着教师驾驭课堂教学的优劣。几年来,我校就如何抓好备课、如何指导教师编写好教案进行了探索。
Controlling the foundation of classroom teaching comes from preparing lessons. Preparation lesson is the primary link of teaching routine. The success or failure of this course determines the quality of classroom teaching and also determines the pros and cons of teachers’ control of classroom teaching. Over the past few years, my school on how to do a good lesson preparation, how to guide teachers to prepare teaching plans were explored.
