小组合作学习,即教学中为完成同一个学习目标或者学习任务而组成一个团队分工合作学习的教学模式。它是对传统教学模式的挑战,旨在培养学生学习的积极性、团队合作精神,提高课堂教学效率,是创建高效课堂的可采取的教学模式之一。这种教学模式在中小学的发展虽然已经比较成熟,但是从教学经验总结中发现了一些影响高效课堂创建的缺陷。作为初中数学教师,可以从教师巧妙引导、优化小组建组方式、优化小组讨论的内容等三方面谈谈如何优化小组合作学习教学模式,以利于高效课堂的创建。
The group’s cooperative learning is a teaching mode in which a team divides and works cooperatively to complete the same learning goal or learning task. It is a challenge to the traditional teaching model. It aims at cultivating students’ enthusiasm for learning, the spirit of teamwork, and improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. It is one of the possible teaching models for creating an effective classroom. Although the development of primary and secondary schools is relatively mature, this type of teaching model has found some defects that affect the creation of effective classrooms. As a mathematics teacher in junior high schools, we can talk about how to optimize the group cooperative learning teaching mode from the three aspects of teachers’ ingenious guidance, optimizing the group construction method, and optimizing the content of the group discussion, so as to facilitate the creation of an efficient classroom.
