近年来,对严重烧伤和广泛挫伤的患者,以及脑或脊髓损伤的患者使用琥珀胆硷引起血钾急剧上升,造成严重心律不齐和心跳停止的报告,已引起注意。作者报告一例脑动脉瘤引起四肢不全麻痹的患者先后两次使用琥珀酰胆硷,均引起心跳停止,经抢救恢复。患者系42岁女性。以突然恶心、呕吐、头痛、惊厥、神志消失而发病,继而两眼视力障碍,进行性四肢不全麻痹。脑血管造影证明为前交通动脉的动脉瘤。于发病后第32天行切除术。患者术前呈嗜眠状,血压151/115毫米汞
