食品是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,食品安全涉及人类最基本权利的保障,因此一贯受到政府的高度重视和社会各界的广泛关注。由于私宰肉不能经过一系列严格的检验就流入市场,容易造成对各类疾病的传染,对人民群众的生命健康造成的危害甚为严重,而且食用私宰肉有潜在风险,其危害可能是一年、几年,甚至相伴终生。
Food is the basis for the survival and development of mankind. Food safety involves the protection of the most basic human rights. Therefore, it has always been highly valued by the government and has drawn widespread public concern. As private slaughtered meat can not flow through the market after passing a series of rigorous tests, it is easy to cause the spread of various diseases and endanger the lives and health of the people. It is also a potential risk to the consumption of slaughtered meat. The harm may be One year, several years, or even life-long.
