目前日益增多的专利纠纷事件对企业的生存和发展构成了严重的威胁,企业急需建立一套完整的预警机制。将企业专利的预警过程分为初级预警和深度预警,并采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立企业专利初级预警的模型。运用模型对福建某企业专利的警度进行评价,确定其是否要进入深度预警。最后对模型进行了总结评价。 At present, the increasing number of patent disputes poses a serious threat to the survival and development of enterprises. Enterprises urgently need to establish a complete early warning mechanism. The early warning process of enterprise patent is divided into primary warning and in-depth early-warning, and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish the model of primary patent early warning of enterprises. Use the model to evaluate the degree of patent of a certain enterprise in Fujian to determine whether it is going to enter the depth of early warning. Finally, the model is summarized and evaluated.
