目的:应用胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离测定速效伤风胶囊中的对乙酰氨基酚、氯苯那敏和咖啡因3种组分的含量。方法:对缓冲液pH和去氧胆酸钠(SDC)浓度优化选择,样品经超声振荡、水提取后进样测定。结果:缓冲液为含50mmol/LSDC的20mmol/LH3BO3-NaOH(pH10),在9min内将速效伤风胶囊中的上述3种组分完全分离测定,且其迁移时间具有良好的重现性。结论:本法准确、快速和简便,具有良好的线性关系和重现性,为速效伤风胶囊的质量控制提供了新的方法
OBJECTIVE: To separate and determine the contents of three components of acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine and caffeine in instant Xiaokeng capsules by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Methods: The buffer pH and deoxycholate sodium (SDC) concentration were optimized. The samples were sonicated and extracted by water. Results: The buffer consisted of 20mmol / LH3BO3-NaOH (pH10) containing 50mmol / L DCD, and the above three components were separated completely in 9min. The migrating time was good reproducibility. Conclusion: This method is accurate, rapid and simple, with good linear relationship and reproducibility, which provides a new method for the quality control of QKL capsule
