成优8319是贵州省农作物品种资源研究所引用福建省农业科学院水稻研究所选育的抗稻瘟病不育系成丰A与自育恢复系黔恢8319配组育成的高产、抗衰、抗病、优质、迟熟三系杂交中籼新组合,适宜于贵州中低海拔、中籼迟熟稻区种植。2013年7月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定(黔审稻2013002号)。
