本文的作者是某基层公路局的一位局长,他在看了《中国公路》第11期讲述的基层养路工秋浦的故事之后,通过QQ与秋浦进行了许多次的对话,并在了解了许多秋浦在基层道班的问题后,深感公路基层干部的为人处事、管理方法值得探讨,故结合他本人工作中的体会,陆续在中国公路网上贴出了《晓之以理》、《启人以思》、《滴水穿石》、《因人施教》等6个篇章。我们认为他的举动不仅帮了秋浦所在公路局的局长不少忙,也对其他基层领导的思想工作方法有相当的指导性。如果每个基层领导都肯于像他那样花时间与普通道班工人交流,肯于与工人换位思考,也许秋浦的故事就不会发生,或即使发生了也不会矛盾激化。当然他的系列篇在中路网上也有被网友扔砖头的,有些话秋浦们也并不以为然,但他的诚恳和掏心窝子的态度还是令秋浦折服,并使所有中路网友感动。大家有兴趣可以登陆中国公路网上的中路社区(http://www.chinahighway.com/forum),看看更多的文章和贴子。
