电力企业已经逐渐朝着智能、高效的方向发展,人才配置管理在这个阶段显得尤其重要,如何在企业的发展中将人才做到最优化配置,把人员的的潜在生产力转化成现实的生产力,使劳动生产力发挥到极致,从而来提高企业的劳动生产效率。本文主要针对供电企业,利用模型定编法进行建模,确定各类人员定员配置影响因素以及影响因素系数,定位问题所在,从而实现人员优化配置的目的。
Power enterprises have been gradually moving in a smart and efficient direction. Talent allocation management is especially important at this stage. How to optimize the allocation of talents in the development of enterprises and turn the potential productivity of personnel into realistic productivity? Labor productivity to the extreme, so as to improve the efficiency of labor productivity.
