目的探讨早产儿脑部超声变化与24月后追踪时发生发展迟缓的相关性。方法对347例出生周数<37周的早产儿病例进行脑部超声评估,追踪回访。结果脑部超声波异常的早产儿26%有智力发展迟缓现象,31%有心理及运动发展迟缓现象,其中,脑部超声波的异常结果与心理及运动发展迟缓指数的相关性比智力发展迟缓指数更为强烈。结论局部的白质损伤,或是较为广泛性的影响,和后续追踪时发生智力与心理及运动发展迟缓的情形相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between changes of brain ultrastructure in preterm infants and developmental delay in tracing after 24 months. Methods 347 cases of preterm children born at <37 weeks of life were evaluated by brain ultrasound and followed up. Results Twenty-six percent of premature infants with brain abnormalities had retardation of mental retardation and 31% had delayed mental and motor development. Among them, the abnormal results of brain ultrasound correlated with the retardation of mental and motor development more than the retardation of mental retardation Strong. Conclusions Local white matter damage, or more generalized effects, is associated with subsequent mental and mental retardation of motor development during subsequent follow-up.
