党内民主是党内生活的基本政治原则和制度。新时期大力发展党内民主,一要切实保障党员的民主权利;二要努力推进党组织决策民主化;三要支持民主和正气,打击歪风邪气;四要正确处理好民主与集中、民主与纪律、制度建设与提高觉悟等关系;五要创新党内监督制度,扩大党内民主监督,落实和保障党员的监督权。
Inner-party democracy is the basic political principle and system for inner-party life. We should vigorously develop inner-party democracy in the new era; first, we must earnestly safeguard the democratic rights of party members; second, we must strive to democratize the decision-making power of party organizations; third, we must support democracy and uprightness and crack down on unhealthy trends; and fourth, we must properly handle democracy and concentration, democracy and discipline System construction and raising awareness; Fifth, we must innovate the system of inner-party supervision, expand the supervision of inner-party democracy, and implement and guarantee the supervision power of party members.
