目的探讨低剂量阿司匹林在预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果。方法选择本院2001至2003年非瓣膜性房颤患者,给予阿司匹林100mg预防缺血性脑卒中。并与同期未服用阿司匹林同类患者比较。结果阿司匹林100mg预防非瓣膜性房颤患者并发血栓栓塞与同期未服用阿司匹林患者比较,有明显效果。结论低剂量阿司匹林预防非瓣膜性房颤患者并发血栓栓塞患者有明显效果。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low dose aspirin on ischemic stroke in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Methods Patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation from 2001 to 2003 in our hospital were given aspirin 100 mg to prevent ischemic stroke. Compared with similar patients who did not take aspirin over the same period. Results aspirin 100mg to prevent non-valvular atrial fibrillation in patients with concurrent thromboembolism over the same period did not take aspirin patients, a significant effect. Conclusion Low-dose aspirin in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and thromboembolism in patients with significant effect.
