目的探讨高脂血症患者下肢动脉中内膜厚度及各参数的临床价值。方法选取高脂血症患者40例(高脂血症组),对照组为同期体检健康人群40例。对两组人群行髂动脉、股动脉、腘动脉、胫前动脉及胫后动脉彩色多普勒检查,在管壁的最厚处测量动脉内中膜厚度、血管内径;再采用脉冲多普勒检测该血管最大流速(Vmax)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果高脂血症组下肢各段动脉中内膜厚度高于对照组(P<0.05),下肢各段动脉内径低于对照组(P<0.05);高脂血症组下肢各段动脉Vmax低于对照组(P<0.05),PI、RI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉粥样硬化是较理想的非创伤性检查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of intima thickness and parameters of lower extremity arteries in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Forty patients with hyperlipidemia (hyperlipidemia group) were selected. The control group consisted of 40 healthy subjects in the same period. Color Doppler examination of iliac artery, femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery was performed in both groups. The thickness of arterial intima and the diameter of blood vessel were measured in the thickest part of the wall of the vessel. Pulsed Doppler Vmax, PI and RI were measured. Results The thickness of intima of arteries in each segment of lower extremity in hyperlipidemia group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the diameter of artery in each segment of lower extremity was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The Vmax In the control group (P <0.05), PI and RI were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of lower extremity atherosclerosis is an ideal non-invasive examination means.
