为使海口市的城市规划工作逐步纳入法制化、规范化、程序化轨道,为海口市城市开发建设提供一个更加良好而有秩序的投资环境,海口市城市规划局从1991年9月开始组织力量,在建设部城市规划司和省建设厅的直接指导下起草《海口市城市规划条例》。经过近一年的实施,在此基础上几经修订,形成了《海口市城市规划条例(草案)》,近日已经省、市人大常委会审议通过。
In order to make Haikou city planning work gradually into the legalization, standardization and procedural orbit, providing a more favorable and orderly investment environment for the city development and construction of Haikou City, Haikou City Planning Bureau from September 1991 began to organize forces, Under the direct guidance of the Urban Planning Department and the Provincial Construction Department of the Ministry of Construction, the “Urban Planning Regulations of Haikou City” shall be drafted. After nearly a year of implementation, on this basis, after several amendments, the formation of “Haikou City Planning Ordinance (draft)”, recently has been provincial and Municipal People’s Congress examined and adopted.
