我院自1998年1月～12月期间开展了新式腹膜内剖宫产术共30例,取得了良好的临床效果。报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择有剖宫产手术指征,无下腹部手术史的产妇共30例。年龄22岁～34岁,平均年龄29岁。手术指征:妊高征3例,胎儿宫内窘迫8例,头盆不称6例,胎位异常4例,过期妊娠4例,宫颈性难产2例,社会因素3例。同时选择与其指征相同的行腹部纵切口子宫下段剖宫产术30例进行对照观察。
Our hospital from January 1998 to December carried out a new intra-abdominal cesarean section a total of 30 cases, and achieved good clinical results. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection There are indications for cesarean section, no history of abdominal surgery, a total of 30 cases of mothers. Age 22 years old to 34 years old, average age 29 years old. Surgical indications: pregnancy-induced hypertension in 3 cases, fetal distress in 8 cases, 6 cases of cephalopelvic disproportion, 4 cases of fetal abnormalities, 4 cases of pregnancy, cervical dystocia in 2 cases, 3 cases of social factors. At the same time choose the same indications for the line of abdominal incision 30 cases of uterine cesarean section for control observation.
