在热交换器和其它结构的生产中,使用了一种新胎具。这种胎具既能保证质量,又能简化工序,并提高了生产率。在圆筒内点固焊接蛇形管时,该胎具可保证蛇形管之间的距离适当,可对蛇形管施加压力,省去了手工定位和逐圈夹固的工序。如下图所示,铝质定位胎4和曲柄6是胎具的主要部件。铝质定位胎表面有两个隔开的定位槽,以便控制蛇形管的间距。胎具的附件包括转动辊10,定位胎支承架下和螺纹千斤顶7。
In the production of heat exchangers and other structures, a new type of tire is used. This type of mold ensures quality while simplifying the process and increasing productivity. When welding the serpentine tube in the cylinder, the tire can ensure the proper distance between the serpentine tubes and exert pressure on the serpentine tube, eliminating the manual process of locating and ring-clamping. As shown in the following figure, the aluminum positioning tire 4 and the crank 6 are the main components of the carcass. There are two spaced-apart locating slots on the aluminum locating tire surface to control the pitch of the serpentine tubes. The accessory for the carcass includes a turning roller 10, under the tire support bracket and screw jack 7.
