采用有限元法建立板带热轧过程温度场计算模型。采用现场生产的工艺参数,对管线钢热轧过程中的温度变化规律和温度场分布进行了模拟计算,与生产实测值相比具有较高的精度,为预测管线钢在热轧过程中的微观组织演变打下了坚实的基础。
Using finite element method to establish the calculation model of temperature field in hot strip rolling process. The process parameters of on-site production were used to simulate the temperature variation and temperature field distribution during the hot rolling process of pipeline steel. Compared with the actual measured value, the method has higher accuracy. In order to predict the microstructure of pipeline steel during hot rolling, Organizational evolution has laid a solid foundation.
