以富锗金针菇菌丝体为研究材料,分别用水、75%乙醇和70%乙酸乙酯3种溶剂在不同条件下对菌丝体进行提取并获得提取物。研究了提取物对氧自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力。试验结果显示:富锗金针菇菌丝体不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化能力均高于不富锗的对照组,其中水提取物对氧自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力最强,分别达到88.2%和195.9 U/g;75%乙醇提取物对羟自由基的清除能力最高,达到800.3 U/g。富锗金针菇菌丝体具有较好的抗氧化能力。
The mycelium of Flammulina velutipes was taken as the research material, the mycelium was extracted under different conditions with water, 75% ethanol and 70% ethyl acetate, and the extract was obtained.
