以桔梗花药为外植体,分别在培养基中接种不同密度的花药和添加不同浓度的蔗糖,研究其对桔梗花药诱导率的影响。结果表明:MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA为诱导培养基时,愈伤组织诱导率随着接种密度的增加而下降;MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D为诱导培养基时,愈伤组织诱导率随着接种密度的增加呈先升高后下降的趋势,密度为15枚/瓶时诱导率最高;且后者各处理的诱导率均明显高于前者。MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA为诱导培养基,随着蔗糖浓度的增加,愈伤组织的诱导率呈先升高后下降的趋势,蔗糖浓度为60g/L时,愈伤组织诱导率最高。
The anthers of Erigeron breviscapus were used as explants to inoculate anthers with different densities and different concentrations of sucrose respectively in the medium to study the effects on the induction rate of anthers.
