报载,四川省石棉县法院院长来成都办事入住吐哈宾馆,其驾驶的雅阁轿车在住宾馆时丢失,遂与宾馆打起了官司。经审理,成都金牛法院和成都中院判决认定宾馆没有责任,驳回石棉法院的诉讼请求并承担相关费用。宾馆因垫付的上诉费至今还没收回,向成都的金牛区法院申请对石棉法院强制执行。面对记者的采访,石棉法院办公室一位工作人员回答得很轻松,“到时把钱划到金牛法院就行了嘛！”(见今年3月5日的《成都商报》)
According to the newspaper, the chief of the court of Shimian County, Sichuan Province, came to Chengdu to work in Tuha Hotel. The Accord sedan he was driving was lost during his stay in the hotel, and his case was littered with the hotel. After trial, Chengdu Jinniu Court and Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court determined that the hotel had no responsibility to dismiss the asbestos court’s claim and bear the related expenses. The hotel still has not collected the appeal fee due to it and applied to Jinniu District Court in Chengdu for compulsory enforcement of the asbestos court. In the face of a reporter’s interview, a staff member of the asbestos court office answered very easily, “When the money is drawn to the Jinniu Court, it is fine!” (See “Chengdu Business Daily” on March 5 this year)
