目前高校图书馆向社会开放已经成为一种必然趋势,但有相当一部分高校图书馆在社会服务这一方面只停留在表面,并没有达到完全开放。高校图书馆向社会开放必须首先转变其经营理念,将内部机构做一定的调整。与此同时处理好高校图书馆服务对象的主次关系,还要处理好本校图书馆与其他学校图书馆的关系。
At present, the opening of university library to the society has become an inevitable trend, but a considerable part of the university library has only remained on the surface in the aspect of social service, and has not reached the goal of completely opening up. To open the university library to society, we must first change its business philosophy, the internal agencies to make some adjustments. At the same time, we should deal with the primary and secondary relationship of the service objects of the university library, and also handle the relationship between our library and other school libraries.
