农村社会管理中的社区共同体显示出不规则的差异性。在政府主导下,农村社区改革的模式尚未体现出“公共生活共同体”的本质。尤其是在农民价值主体的归宿、社区整合、公共服务、自治能力等方面,农村社区建设所存在的问题尤为突出。从草根治理逻辑的角度看,未来农村社区改革应该围绕价值取向、公共精神、公共生活、去行政化等思路展开。 Community communities in rural social management show irregular differences. Under the government’s leadership, the model of rural community reform has not reflected the essence of “public life community”. Especially in the fate of the peasant value subject, community integration, public service, autonomy and other aspects, the problems in the construction of rural community are particularly prominent. From the perspective of grassroots governance logic, the future reform of rural communities should focus on the values, public spirits, public life, to the administration of such ideas.
