In order to create an active public center, SWA worked with the project team and developers to design a 3-acre urban garden. It also includes a retail service center for office towers and eight reconstruction areas. The garden resembles an oasis, divided by sidewalks, interspersed with tree-lined paths, stairways, fountains and the only soft lights in the city.
