本文是放射状角膜切开术矫正近视后,人眼角膜组织病理学的首次报道。患者男,36岁,近视眼。视力:右20/400;左<20/400。矫正视力:右-3.50D=20/20;左-4.75D=20/20。角膜曲率半径:右43.50/44.37;左43.25/44.00。角膜厚度:双眼均为0.57mm。1983年3月3日左眼行放射状角膜切开术,表面麻醉后在角膜中央视区3.25mm外作8条放射状切口,其深度为0.57mm。生理盐液冲洗切口。术后用地塞米松和5%后马托品点眼,2次/日,持续2周。屈光度3月7日为+2.00D;4月18日为+0.25D;此时裸眼视力达20/20。4月22日右眼行该手术,在角膜中央视区
