将自行研制的WA-Ⅰ型光学纤维喉镜和普通Macintosh喉镜用于普通病人及喉头较高的插管困难病人,观察声门显露情况。结果:对普通病人显露声门全貌率,普通喉镜组为22.2%,WAⅠ型光学纤维喉镜组为10O.0%(P<O.01);对插管困难病人,WA-1型光学纤维喉镜组为73.7%。可见,WA-Ⅰ型喉镜无论用于普通病人或插管困难病人其显露声门全貌率均优于普通喉镜。
The self-developed WA-Ⅰ optical fiber laryngoscope and general Macintosh laryngoscope were used in ordinary patients and those with difficult laryngotracheal intubation to observe the condition of the glottis. Results: The total glottic rate of common laryngoscope group was 22.2% and that of WAⅠ-type optical fiber laryngoscope group was 10.0% (P <0.01). For patients with difficult intubation, WA-1 optics Fiber laryngoscope group was 73.7%. Can be seen, WA-Ⅰ laryngoscope for general patients or intubated patients with difficult to reveal the glottis were better than the general rate of laryngoscope.
