本文参考国内在热流测量方面所得到的一些数据,试用分段法计算SG—1000/170—M304型锅炉的沿炉高热流分布情况,η_g~(max)=1.39(在h/H=0.29处)。分析了燃烧器区域管屏的同屏各管热偏差,燃烧器让孔所造成的受热不均系数η_r=1.7,内径公差所造成的流量不均系数η_l=0.81。1000吨/时直流锅炉的运行实践表明,管屏没有发生停滞和脉动问题。在此基础上探讨改用三级混合后,水动力特性和膜态沸
In this paper, some data obtained in the field of heat flow measurement are used to calculate the distribution of heat flux along the furnace of SG-1000/170-M304 boiler by using the test piecewise method. Η_gmax = 1.39 (at h / H = 0.29 ). The heat deviation of the tubes in the same screen of the burner area was analyzed. The uneven heating coefficient η_r = 1.7 caused by the holes of the burner and the uneven flow coefficient caused by the inner diameter tolerance η_l = 0.81.1000 t / h Practice shows that the tube screen does not occur stagnation and pulsation problems.
