本文主要研究利水调节、防洪调度、泥沙淤积三方面问题的有机结合,论证延长蓄水期方案的可行性,对水库进行优化调度,使水库充分发挥兴利效益。
This paper mainly studies the organic combination of water regulation, flood control regulation and sediment deposition, demonstrates the feasibility of extending the water storage plan, and optimizes the operation of reservoirs to make the reservoir give full play to the profit-making benefits.
