The book Geology and Its Impact on Mineral Exploration was co-authored by Richard Edwards and Keith Atkinson and published in 1986 by Chapman and Hall, New York, USA, at 466 pages. This book aims to study the practical significance of the geological setting of the deposit and the genesis pattern of the special deposit type. Introduction has proven to be the most effective exploration method. In discussing the genesis mode of the deposit, the importance of the relevant model in determining the prospecting plan is emphasized.
