应用相控阵、TOFD、射线和A超超声波对同一模拟试板进行检测,分析相控阵检测在缺陷定性、定位和定量的准确性。结果表明:相控阵检测在缺陷定位和定量的准确性较高,但对于缺陷定性比较困难,测缺陷自身高度时误差也比较大。研究结果有助于相控阵检测技术的推广应用,为无损检测方法的选择提供参考。
The phantom array, TOFD, ray and A-ultrasound were used to test the same simulated test plate, and the accuracy of phased array detection in defect qualitative analysis, localization and quantification was analyzed. The results show that phased array detection is more accurate in the location and quantification of defects, but it is more difficult to characterize the defects and the error of the height of the defect itself is relatively large. The results contribute to the popularization and application of phased array detection technology and provide a reference for the selection of nondestructive detection methods.
