采用水蒸汽蒸馏收集桉叶精油,经气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用检测和气相色谱保留指数法,分析鉴定出含量较多的17种化合物,其主要成份为1,8—桉树脑,α—蒎烯,香芹酮等。 Eucalyptus essential oil was collected by steam distillation and identified by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry / computer analysis and gas chromatography retention index method. The main compounds were identified as 1,8-eucalyptol, α- Pinene, carvone and the like.
