目的探讨柠檬苦素(limonin)对自然衰老大鼠学习记忆能力及因衰老而导致机体氧化损伤的影响。方法采用18月龄雄性SD大鼠作为自然衰老模型,随机分为衰老对照组和Limonin组(50、150 mg/kg),连续灌胃6周。试验第7周时采用Morris水迷宫测定大鼠学习记忆能力,并进行大鼠血清及脑组织氧化水平及抗氧化能力检测。结果与衰老对照组相比,Limonin高、低剂量组大鼠在隐藏平台获得试验中潜伏期和游泳总路程均明显减少,在空间探索试验中穿过原安全平台次数、原安全平台所在象限活动时间和活动路程均明显增加,同时Limonin能降低衰老模型小鼠血清及脑组织丙二醛、脂褐素水平,提高血清及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力及脑组织中总抗氧化的能力。结论 Limonin能改善自然衰老大鼠的学习记忆能力,提高脑组织的抗氧化能力,具有一定的延缓脑衰老的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of limonin on learning and memory in aging rats and the oxidative damage caused by aging. Methods 18-month-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into aging control group and Limonin group (50 and 150 mg / kg) for 6 weeks. Conclusion Limonin can improve the learning and memory abilities of rats with natural aging and improve the antioxidant capacity of brain tissue, which may delay brain aging.
