本文报道海藻酸钠－聚赖氨酸－海藻酸钠生物微胶囊（以下简称ＡＰＡ微胶囊）的制备过程，并在实验中发现可用ＡＰＡ微胶囊制备过程中的体积膨胀率作为胶囊强度的直观判别依据。为临床应用ＡＰＡ生物微胶囊进行胰岛包埋与移植奠定了实验基础。
