从研究直辐刚性车轮频谱特性入手 ,在线测量了地铁轮轨噪声 ,开发了一种承剪型弹性车轮 ,并对该车轮的噪声特性进行了实验室测量。结果表明 :承剪型弹性车轮能降低轮轨噪声 ,可为低噪声城轨车辆的开发提供参考
Starting with the study of the spectrum characteristics of direct-drive rigid wheels, the noise of the subway track and wheel was measured on-line. A shear-resistant elastic wheel was developed and the noise characteristics of the wheel were measured in laboratory. The results show that the shear-type elastic wheel can reduce the wheel-rail noise and provide a reference for the development of low-noise urban rail vehicle
