为解决30CrMnSiA钢螺栓电镀镉钛后的实际工程应用问题,即为确保30CrMnSiA钢螺栓电镀镉钛后在火箭发动机上使用的安全性,为防止镀层脱落后螺栓防腐效果的减弱及可能产生的后脆问题。本文依据镉钛镀层破坏(磨损)试验、盐雾试验及后脆试验的结果,论证了30CrMnSiA钢螺栓在实际工程中采用电镀镉钛加涂覆软膜整体防护措施的可行性,并证明了镉钛+软膜防护层确为一种安全有效的整体防腐体系,值得在火箭发动机上所用的高强度螺栓上推广应用。
In order to solve the practical engineering application of 30CrMnSiA steel after electroplating cadmium titanium, it is to ensure the safety of the rocket engine after 30CrMnSiA steel bolts electroplating cadmium titanium. In order to prevent the anticorrosive effect of the bolts from decreasing and the possible post-embrittlement problem. Based on the results of destructive (wear) test, salt spray test and post-embrittlement test of cadmium titanium coating, the feasibility of using 30CrMnSiA steel bolt as a whole protective coating for electroplated titanium-titanium coating in practical engineering was demonstrated in this paper. Titanium + soft film protective layer is indeed a safe and effective overall corrosion protection system, it is worth rocket engine used in the promotion of high-strength bolts on the application.
