在市场经济高度发达的今天,赊销是电力集团无法回避的营销手段,由此而带来的应收账款攀升、资金周转不畅、经营效益下降等问题也是需高度警惕的。如何有效化解电力集团涉外业务应收账款居高不下、切实防范出现坏账而导致资金链断裂的风险,笔者认为积极尝试保理业务,是值得认真探讨的可行途径。
In today’s highly developed market economy, credit is an unavoidable marketing tool for power groups. As a result, the problems such as the rise of accounts receivable, the sluggish cash flow and the decline of operating efficiency should be highly vigilant. How to effectively resolve the high receivables of foreign-related businesses of the Power Group and effectively prevent the risk of breaking the capital chain due to bad debts? The author believes that actively trying to factor the business is a feasible way worth exploring seriously.
