《铁路技术管理规程》第 2 5 2条规定 :列车出发前应进行制动保压试验 ,列车管每分钟漏泄不得超过 2 0k Pa;《机车操纵规程》第 12条也对制动保压作了类似的规定。该规定执行以来 ,客货列车均发现过不少保压不良的现象 ,但故障处理过程中也暴露了不少问题令检修人员难以处理。
Article 25 2 of the Regulations on Railway Technical Management stipulates that the brake should be braked and pressure-tested before departure, and the leakage of train tubes per minute shall not exceed 20 kPa. Article 12 of the “Locomotive Operation Regulation” A similar rule. Since the implementation of the Provisions, both the passenger and freight trains have found many problems of poor packing, but many problems have also been exposed during the troubleshooting process, which makes maintenance personnel hard to handle.
