本文以美国文学中的“荒野”意向为研究对象,首先介绍了其起源和基本含义;紧接着较为详细的介绍了美国“荒野文学”的起源背景,其起源来自于美洲大陆的自然意象,欧洲文化的融合传承,人性本源力量的迸发,美国综合国力和文化实力的增强;文章第三部分介绍了“荒野意向”所包含的内容,包括对待自然的敬畏感,强调欣赏自然的神奇和美感,崇尚自由主义,战斗主义精神和英雄情结;文章的最后选取了实例来阐述文学作品中“荒野”意向的体现,这两部作品是《瓦尔登湖》和《老人与海》。希望本文可以对“荒野文学”和“荒野意向”的研究提供一定的有价值的参考意见。
This paper, based on the “Wilderness” intention in American literature, first introduces its origin and basic meanings.
