随着科学技术的逐渐进步和完善,我国高新技术产业已经得到了飞速发展,高新技术人才逐渐增多。在上述发展的过程中人才流动提升了企业人才质量,提升了人才自我价值。但是人才流动的频繁性直接造成人才资源浪费加重,导致高新技术企业经济效益降低。本文就我国高新技术企业中的人才流动状况进行分析,对人才流动控制方法进行研究,现结果如下。
With the gradual improvement and perfection of science and technology, China’s high-tech industry has witnessed rapid development with an increase in the number of high-tech professionals. In the above process of development, talent flow enhances the quality of enterprise talents and enhances the self-worth of talents. However, the frequent flow of talents directly causes the waste of talent resources, which leads to the decrease of economic benefits of high-tech enterprises. This paper analyzes the current situation of talent flow in high-tech enterprises in our country, and studies the method of talent flow control. The results are as follows.
