在体育课中,提倡“健康第一”、快乐教学,注重开展生动活泼的教学活动。但是,现在的中学生,大多数是独生子女,从小就娇生惯养,极少吃苦,身体与生理的承受能力极差,稍遇困难就后退,不敢尝试。因此,我们在进行体育教学时,应加强对学生健康心理的培养,使学生不仅能掌握一定的体育技能,而且要逐渐形成不怕吃苦、敢于尝试、团结合作的良好心态,从而在内心深处热爱体育,积极投身到体育中来。
