采用超临界CO2 萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法从茵陈中提取挥发油 ,用GC -MS法测定其化学成分和相对含量 ,对两种提取方法所得的挥发油进行比较 ,水蒸气蒸馏法提取茵陈挥发油的产率为0.03 %(w) ,主要成分为匙叶桉油烯醇、吉玛烯D、反式_石竹烯、2,4_戊二炔苯、β_金合欢烯等;超临界CO2 萃取法提取的产率为0.15 %(w) ,主要成分为百里酚、β_红没药烯、2_异丙基_4_甲基_1_甲氧基苯、异百里酚、2_特丁基_4_(2,4,4_三甲基戊基)苯酚、β_杜松烯等。
Volatile oil was extracted from capillaris by supercritical CO2 extraction and steam distillation. The chemical composition and relative content were determined by GC-MS. The volatile oil obtained by two extraction methods was compared. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation The yield is 0.03% (w). The main components are key-leaf eucalyptol, germane D, trans-caryophyllene, 2,4_pentadienylbenzene, Extraction yield was 0.15% (w), the main components of thymol, β_ red myrrh, 2_ isopropyl _4_ methyl _1_ methoxy benzene, isothymol, 2_ tert-butyl _4_ (2,4,4_ trimethyl-pentyl) phenol, β-cadinene and the like.
