二、坩埚咀和炉盖耐火材料 (一)使用的材料及构筑方法 构筑浇注咀的方法有多种。大部分用户采用一种经加热变形而成的高氧化铝塑性捣打料。而有的用户则是先浇注出咀子,之后将其放置在钢架上,并围绕着钢架捣筑上可塑的高氧化铝,以制成所要求的坩埚咀。浇注出的坩埚咀是由中性的氧化铝(含50~70%的二氧化铝)材料制成,它以一种特殊的模子在炉外浇注而成。用一种顶部提升装置来进行浇注时,经常将升高螺栓来作为浇注用定位。予制陶瓷砖也已经用于浇注槽,它带有可塑的氧化铝并衬以捣打料。一种可拆卸式的木模被用以制作坩埚咀的外形。
