我厂生产的135柴油机连杆(材料为40Cr调质钢)上有两个M18×1.5-1的盲螺栓孔,表面光洁度V6。一直需一、二攻丝锥两次加工。由于第二次成型难以对中,丝锥退回时易刮伤齿型面,且易出现烂牙、乱扣、刮毛及喇叭口等,尤其是光洁度达不到要求,造成产品报废严重。为了解决这个问题,我们进行了挤压加工试验。通过试验,认识到挤压内螺纹是在钢件类的韧性材料上加工一级精度盲螺孔的有效方法。
I produced 135 diesel engine connecting rod (material 40Cr quenched and tempered steel) has two M18 × 1.5-1 blind bolt holes, the surface finish V6. Always need one or two tapping tap twice. As the second molding is difficult to center, easy to scratch when the tap back tooth surface, and prone to rotten teeth, chaos buckle, shaving and bell mouth, especially the finish less than required, resulting in serious scrapped products. In order to solve this problem, we conducted a squeeze machining test. Through experiments, it is recognized that the extrusion of internal thread is an effective method of machining a blind tapped hole of the first grade on the tough material of the steel type.
