近年来,重症血液净化作为一门新兴的交叉学科迅速发展起来。双重血浆置换(double filtration plasmapheresis,DFPP)作为一种重症血液净化技术,主要用于清除免疫球蛋白、脂蛋白等大分子致病物质。DFPP是由血浆分离技术和血浆成分分离技术两种类似的技术组成的一种集成技术。与单重血浆置换相比,DFPP虽然操作相对复杂,但可以节省大量外源性血浆,减少血源性传染病的发生。DFPP在临床上可用于多种疾病的治疗,其中与重症相关的疾病主要包括高脂血症重症急性胰腺炎、重症肌无力、格林巴利综合征、多发性硬化、系统性红斑狼疮、器官移植后的急性排斥反应及血栓性血小板减少性紫癜等。
