中国工程建设标准化协会标准《建筑给水铜管管道工程技术规程》CECS171:2004(以下简称《规程》)已于2004年8月10日由中国工程建设标准化协会批准,于2004年10月1日正式施行。《规程》的主编单位为上海沪标工程建设咨询公司和国际铜业协会(中国),参编单位有上海市质量技术监督局、上海市安装工程有限公司、上海鑫申江铜业有限公司、澳大利亚南方阳光国际有限公司、天力管件有限公司和上海宝洋塑业有限公司, 归口管理单位为中国工程建设标准化协会建筑与市政工程产品应用部分。主要起草人有桑鲁青、姜文源、杜伟国、姜国芳、钱俏鹂、张昕、柳知春、杜国明、施文勇、陈仁慈、闵青蓉等。
CECS171: 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) was approved by China Association of Engineering Construction Standardization on August 10, 2004 and formally adopted on October 1, 2004 Execution. The “Regulations” of the units for the Shanghai HST construction consulting firm and the International Copper Association (China), participating units are Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision, Shanghai Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xin Shenjiang Copper Co., Ltd., Australia Southern Sunshine International Co., Ltd., Tianli Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Bao Yang Plastic Co., Ltd., and the centralized management unit is the China Construction Standardization Association Building and Municipal Engineering Products Application section. The main drafters are Sang Luqing, Jiang Wenyuan, Du Weiguo, Jiang Guofang, money Qiao Li, Zhang Xin, Liu Zhichun, Du Guoming, Shi Wenyong, Chen Renci, Min Qingrong and so on.
