随着各大旅行社的发展,连锁运营逐渐成为旅行社普遍采用的经营方式和组织形式。高校作为特殊的市场细分,也具有开发前景与潜在商机,在专业教师的指导下,旅游管理专业的学生借助“大学生创新创业”政策的扶持,在校园中开设了旅行社实体门店——米游工作室,并成功加盟福建中青国际旅行社。本文将企业连锁制度与大学生创业团队真实运营案例相结合,对校园中的旅行社连锁门店运营管理进行经验总结。
With the development of major travel agencies, chain operations have gradually become the travel agencies commonly used mode of operation and organization. As a special market segmentation, universities also have the prospect of development and potential business opportunities. Under the guidance of professional teachers, students of tourism management professionals set up travel agency physical stores on the campus with the support of the policy of “college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship” Rice Tour studio, and successfully joined the Fujian Youth International Travel Service. This article combines the enterprise chain system with the real operation case of college students’ entrepreneurial team, and summarizes the operation and management of the travel chain stores in the campus.
