通过人工接种的方法,在田间造成小麦赤霉病流行强度不同的小区。作者系统研究了小麦赤霉病所致产量损失和经济损失,及病穗率与病粒率和病情指数问的关系。得到了小麦赤霉病发病程度与产量损失和经济损失的数学关系式。感病品种垦大一号的关系式为:L=I/(0.49+0.018I),抗病品种克旱九号的关系式为:L=I/(0.55+0.018I)(L——产量损失率,I——病情指数)。经济损失方程为:UEL=UY·L·P(UEL——经济损失,UY——667m~2产量,P——小麦单价)。同时得到病穗率与病粒率的经验公式为:G=0.1935E+0.97(G——病粒率,E——病穗率)。病穗率与病情指数的经验公式:克旱九号为I=E/(2.82—0.014E),垦大一号为I=E/(3.31—0.02E)。
