本文采用荧光分析方法检测了80例原发性男性不育症和30例正常生育者精液、精浆、精子中的Se、Zn含量。结果显示:不育组与正常组相比有显著差异。精液中的Zn含量正常值为1.8 ̄2.4mmol/ml,当精液中的Zn浓度达到6.2mmol/ml时,30min对精子有制动作用,Zn浓度达到9.6mmol/ml时,对精子的制动作用达100%,30mmol/ml时约20sec即可制动。精液中的Se对精子运动具有保护作用,因为Se是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的重要成份,可清除过氧化脂质的毒性作用,从而保护细胞膜结构的完整性和功能免受自由基的损害。
In this paper, the content of Se and Zn in semen, seminal plasma and sperm of 80 cases of primary male infertility and 30 cases of normal fertility were detected by fluorescence analysis. The results showed that: sterile group compared with the normal group there are significant differences. The normal Zn content of semen was 1.8 ~ 2.4mmol / ml, when the concentration of Zn in seminal fluid reached 6.2mmol / ml, 30min had a braking effect on sperm. When Zn concentration reached 9.6mmol / ml, The braking effect of sperm up to 100%, 30mmol / ml about 20sec to brake. Se in semen has protective effects on sperm motility because Se is an important component of glutathione peroxidase that clears the toxic effects of lipid peroxidation and thus protects the integrity and function of cell membrane structures from free radical damage.
