2015年8月,我调至天心区新路小学任校长。这是一所规模不大的农村学校,因要重建,学生们暂时寄读在青园中信小学。当时有26名教师,我通过调查了解发现老师们的工作激情有待激发、工作管理有待规范、工作归属感有待加强,而改变教学观念、提高专业素养更是摆在我面前刻不容缓的任务。我很清楚:教师永远是最重要的课程资源,没有好的教师团队,再好的教育理想也难以实现!打量当下,我重点思考:如何将这样的一支教师队伍引向自己理想的教育方向?我尝试着、探索着,找到了以下三个前行方向。
In August 2015, I transferred to Tianxin New Road Primary School as principal. This is a small-scale rural school. Due to reconstruction, students are temporarily enrolled at CITIC Primary School in Tsing Yi. At that time, there were 26 teachers. According to the survey, I found out that teachers’ enthusiasm needs to be stimulated, work management needs to be standardized and work sense of belonging needs to be strengthened. Changing teaching concepts and improving professional accomplishment are tasks that I must urgently address. I am very clear: teachers will always be the most important curriculum resources, there is no good teacher team, no matter how good education ideal is difficult to achieve! Looking at the moment, I focus on thinking: how to guide such a team of teachers to their ideal direction I tried, explored and found the following three directions.
