目的了解大学生对同性恋的认知及态度,为高等院校开展相关内容的健康教育提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,对广州市某高校在校大学生567名进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、不同生源地、周围是否有同性恋的大学生对同性恋的认知及态度。结果大学生对同性恋各项基本知识的知晓率为59.9%~70.8%。在某些项目上,不同生源地的大学生对同性恋的认知和态度差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);在态度方面,女生对同性恋比男生更加宽容(P值均<0.05),与同性恋有过接触的大学生对同性恋的态度要正面积极(P值均<0.05)。58.5%的大学生通过网络获取同性恋知识,17.1%的大学生通过学校课堂获取。87.9%的大学生希望进一步获取同性恋相关知识。结论大学生对同性恋的态度是比较宽容的,但是对同性恋的认知还亟待提高。采取多种途径的健康教育是正确对待同性恋的重要举措。
Objective To understand the cognition and attitudes of homosexuality among college students and to provide the basis for the health education of related colleges and universities. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 567 college students in a university in Guangzhou were surveyed to compare the homosexuality and homosexuality of homosexuals among different sexes and students. Results The awareness of college students about basic knowledge of homosexuality was 59.9% ~ 70.8%. In some projects, there were significant differences in cognition and attitudes toward homosexuality among college students from different places (P <0.05). In attitude, girls were more forgiving than homosexual men (P <0.05) Homosexual attitudes toward homosexuals were positively positive (P <0.05). 58.5% of college students get gay knowledge through the internet and 17.1% of college students get through the school classroom. 87.9% of university students hope to further acquire the knowledge of homosexuality. Conclusion College students are more lenient towards homosexuality, but their cognition of homosexuality needs to be improved urgently. Taking a variety of ways of health education is an important measure to treat homosexuality correctly.
