创新能力是当前社会人才急需而又极度缺乏的一种能力[1]。我国当前教育基础知识掌握有余,而创新能力培养严重不足,各种知识竞赛屡屡获奖,而真正发明创造成果却凤毛麟角。因此,作为教师一定需要更新教学理念,树立创新的教育理念,从小培养学生的创新意识、创新能力,以适应社会发展的需求。因此,在数学教学中,笔者认为应着重从三方面来加强对学生创新意识的培养,以推进数学教学改革的深入发展。
The ability to innovate is an urgently needed and extremely lacking ability of social talents [1]. The current basic education in our country has more than enough knowledge, and there is a serious shortage of innovative ability. All kinds of knowledge contests have won prizes frequently. However, the achievements of actual invention and creation are rare. Therefore, as a teacher, we must update our teaching philosophy and establish an innovative concept of education. From an early age, we should cultivate students’ innovative awareness and innovative ability to meet the needs of social development. Therefore, in mathematics teaching, the author thinks that we should emphasize the cultivation of students’ innovative consciousness in three aspects to promote the in-depth development of mathematics teaching reform.
